Every Rock Bottom Rising piece is made to mean something. And when something’s off, we take that seriously.
❤️ If Something Isn’t Right
If your item shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered — we’ve got you.
This includes:
- Print issues or defects
- Fabric flaws or damage
- Receiving the wrong item
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. No hoops. No weird energy.
🧠 A Quick Reality Check (The Honest Part)
Every item is made just for you when you order it. Because of that, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
- Accidental orders
We get it — life happens. But this is what allows us to create intentionally, not in bulk.

If something’s off, reach out within 14 days of delivery.

We’ll take a look and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, we’ll:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds typically show up within a few business days after processing.
